Policy & Commission Terms
General Artwork Policy
Photographing & Prints: As the artist, I retain the rights to photograph all original artworks and create/sell prints or reproductions. Purchasers of my art may display and share images of the artwork for personal use but may not reproduce, sell, or profit from the image in any form.
Original Artwork Sales are Final: All art sales are final. However, if you purchase an original piece, I offer a lifetime touch-up service in case of accidental damage, provided:
You and I are located in the same city at the time.
The damage is repairable within reason.
Any shipping for touch-ups is at the client’s expense.
Touch-ups do not include full reworks or redesigns, only preservation of the original artwork’s integrity.
Commissioned Artwork Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total agreed price or $750 (whichever is greater) is required to secure your commission. Work will begin once the deposit is received.
Visual References: To ensure alignment with your vision, you’ll need to provide reference visuals, including:
Color palette preferences.
Examples of art styles or moods you are drawn to.
Canvas Size & Pricing: The size of the canvas does not drastically impact the price. Smaller canvases often require more intricate detailing, so pricing is primarily based on the design’s complexity rather than size.
Work-in-Progress Updates: I will share an initial sketch and periodic progress photos. During the painting process, if you notice reasonable adjustments are needed, I’m happy to accommodate. Once the artwork is completed, only minor tweaks can be made. Major revisions at that stage may incur an additional fee.
Full payment is due before delivery or shipping.
Shipping & Delivery: Shipping and handling costs are not included in the artwork price. If you arrange for a personal pickup or private delivery service, I am not responsible for any damage or issues during transit.
Timeline & Completion: An estimated time
